Steps to Reduce Your Anxiety

I want to leave the grip of worry, but how? There are little steps anyone can take to help reduce the anxiety. 

 

Things can get on top of us.

Worry can snake through our thinking and keep us in its grip.

I’ve been there. Felt the fear and didn’t do it, anyway.

Fear, anxiety, worry can keep you stuck and not allow you to reach what your heart desires.

Steps to Reduce Your Anxiety

There are some steps. Millimetre high steps. 🙂

Nothing too grand or overwhelming where you are worried about falling.

Simple little things.

Microscopically brain neuron sized steps that if done with gentle repetition will help you leave the anxious place.

Steps like

  • breathing
  • affirmations
  • millimetre goals
  • knowing your nest
  • recognising the old ghosts and echoes
  • Prayer

Class

This is not a miracle class.

This is a place where you can learn some simple, easy to take steps to reduce your anxiety.

On Saturday 22nd March at 7am NZST (New Zealand Standard Time) I will be presenting a class about how to reduce your anxiety.

Saturday 22nd March 7am – 830 am NZST

  • Friday 21st March 11am – 12:30pm PST
  • Friday 21st March 7pm – 830 pm CET
  • Friday 21st March January 8pm-930pm SAST
  • Friday 21st March 6pm-730pm GMT

Privacy:
The class will be on Zoom, so this means that you can be as private as much as you like. No one needs to see you. It’s over to you. There will be a chat option where you can comment and chat with others if you want.

A recording will be made, but your face and comments won’t be seen.

The recording will be available to watch later on YouTube but will be ‘Unlisted’ so that only those with the link will be able to see it. It will not be open for the entire world to see.

Platform:
It will be given via zoom.

If you don’t have Zoom, then please download it if you want to attend.

Otherwise, a recording of the class will be posted on YouTube for you to view there.

Cost and attendance:
The cost of this class is a donation. ($3 US minimum). If you can’t afford this, please email and I will send you the links.

Monthly donors receive automatic access. Become a monthly donor.

Once registered, class members will receive a Zoom link to the class.

In-person attendance is not required.

The class will be recorded and available for later viewing on YouTube
