Walking the Grace-Filled Path to Mental Wholeness.
Walking the Grace-Filled Path to Mental Wholeness.

It’s a conversation.

A conversation about …

  • Where you have been
  • Where you are now
  • Where you hope to be tomorrow.

And you want some hope.

Maybe freedom from anxiety, depression, and stress.

People who come here are often struggling with panic attacks, depression, or burnout.

They feel isolated, guilty that their faith isn’t ‘fixing’ it, and trapped in a monkey circus of thoughts.

There shouldn’t be a disconnect between one’s mental wellness and one’s faith. They should be intimately connected.

I know what it’s like to sit in the dark pit of depression and feel like God is silent.

I’ve known anxiety. I’ve known loss.

Since 1998, I have been helping people empower their mental wellness through their faith.

In 2012 Turning the Page website was launched, and since then, I’ve helped tens of thousands of readers navigate mental wholeness through 700+ blog posts, free resources, and lived-experience coaching.

I believe that grace filled change is possible for you and for those you care about.

It’s a ‘millimetre by millimetre’ ministry.

Here’s the plan

  1. Get Weekly Soul Talk.
Sign up for the email newsletter.
You knew I would ask for that, didn’t you?But seriously, when you sign up, I will send a library full of resources ( I have been doing this for a while).

You will also get a fresh new piece of Soul Talk content once a week.

  2. Seek and you will find
Type a topic in the search bar. There is a little magnifying search button icon above. 🔍At the base of every blog post there are little boxes with words in them. If you click on one of those, then you will be whisked off to other helpful posts.Click on one of the seven topic buttons below that interests you the most.

Contact me and ask a question. I love questions and I respond to every email.

  3. Give a little back
If you find what I have created helpful, then consider giving a little gift of some dollars. ☺️
This website relies on people like you giving a few dollars.

Reminder  … make sure you sign up to the newsletter and you will get some free ebooks and courses.
